Sarah Treagus (ABTC, Dip CS, PS Tutor)

Meet Sarah – the passionate co-founder and owner of Pet-Professionals.

 

She lives in Findon, West Sussex, with her husband, three children, and her beloved Eurasier dogs and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, who happily share their home. Sarah’s love for animals runs deep - she used to breed Ragdoll cats, giving her extensive knowledge of feline care and behaviour.

For the past 19 years, Sarah has been a dedicated Puppy School Tutor, helping countless puppies and their owners build strong, happy relationships. She runs regular training classes at the Vale School in Findon and has been personally trained by the renowned Gwen Bailey, author of The Perfect Puppy and other acclaimed books on canine behaviour. As a registered Animal Training Instructor with the ABTC (Animal Behaviour and Training Council), Sarah meets the highest standards of knowledge and hands-on expertise in animal training.

Sarah is trained in Canine First Aid, canine and feline nutrition, and holds a Diploma in Canine Studies (which she passed with distinction). Before launching Pet-Professionals, she gained eight years of experience working in a large veterinary hospital and even managed a major pet store chain for three years.

Together with her business partner, Jo, Sarah is always looking for new ways to expand and improve their services, staying up to date with the latest in pet care and training. With Sarah, you can be sure you and your furry friends are in the best hands!
